The original uploaded ANSI file had "MB" in the SBR09 segment of loop 2320. This error can occur if the original uploaded file was a primary claim with Medicare as the secondary and then changed to a secondary claim via inventory reporting.

There is not a way to correct this via Claim Fix. The claim will need to be reuploaded with the correct claim filing indicator code in loop 2320 SBR09.
