Payer Specific Edit: Insured Date of Birth Required when Patient Relationship to Insured is not Self (RC170)

Box 6 was not marked self, but no patient date of birth was sent in box 11a.

Need to add patient date of birth in box 11a or update box 6 to self and resubmit the claim.
